Signing Session

At the signing session, you sign, witness, and notarize your Estate Planning documents.

During the Signing Session, we meet virtually to go over the documents page by page. Then, we use our partnered Secured Signings software to execute your digital signature. Once signed, the document is executed - just like at an in person signing. Log off with a copy of every executed estate planning document from the session.

We will provide any witnesses needed during the Signing Session.

Two Layers of Security

Through Secured Signings, we use secure digital signing procedures to electronically sign all documents. This process creates a secure digital shield over the document, ensuring a finalized document after the last signature. Unalterable without breaking the cryptographic hash on the document, the document is immutable. If anyone attempts to tamper with it, then the document becomes invalid.

For all signatures, we use digital signatures, which are a stronger form of electronic signatures. A PKI based digital certificate from Secured Signings ties your identity to the signature itself and ensures that if the document is ever changed, the signature itself is invalid.

This digital signing system ensures that every signature & every document with its contents are secure indefinitely after the Signing Session.

Notarization

Through Secured Signings, we notarize every document through Remote Online Notarization.

Remote Online Notarization is just like in person notarization except it is done through a virtual meeting. Notarization process proves the authenticity of your document, with a court acting under the assumption that the document is valid.

Our Secured Signings software further provides protections against unauthorized access and uses security procedures to guarantee the authenticity and identity of the signers.

If any witnesses are needed, we provide them - no need to track down anyone.

Storage

This security does not end at execution and notarization. If we act as your Qualified Custodian, then we store this document in the cloud with Write-Once, Read Many policies and with a Compliance Regime that prevents even us from deleting it without a wait time, clearance, and access to a physical two factor authentication key. Your vital estate planning documents can be secure with us.
